We are a 25-year-old clinical research site that focuses on Women's Health and other General Medicine clinical trials. Our site is seeking an experienced clinical research coordinator to work on phase 2, 3 & 4 clinical trials who fits in well with our small, and growing, family-owned business.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Certified in Good Clinical Practices (GCP)

Experience with ALCOA documentation practices

Preferred phlebotomy experience but not required

High level of knowledge and understanding of assigned protocols, including all protocol requirements for patient visits, visit windows, laboratory procedures, and drug accountability requirements.

Experience with vendors used in the clinical research industry such as PROs & EDC.

The ability to coordinate and conduct patient care visits and assure all procedures are conducted in compliance with the clinical protocol.

Interact with the study team to assure the patient receives appropriate medical evaluation and care when needed.

Interacts with and maintains close communication with the sponsor and Clinical Research Associate.

Attends sponsor Investigator/Study Coordinator meetings as needed for assigned protocols.

Must possess a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with HIPAA guidelines, patient matters, and other confidential information.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator- Do not apply if you do not have experience as a Study Coordinator.

Valid GCP Certification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluent in English and Spanish
