    We seek a skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist primarily focused on educating customers and delivering presentations in large hospital systems. The Clinical Specialist will support our client’s products and foster strong relationships with a diverse range of clinicians and key stakeholders. As a proactive member of our client's Clinical Team, you will collaborate closely with internal and external customers in this advanced-level role.

     

    What You'll Tackle:

    • Consults with healthcare partners and skilled clinicians to identify solutions that consistently deliver optimal care at a lower cost through automating patient management across the continuum of care with our client’s products, measurements, and data.
    • Partners with Territory Managers to develop and execute a strategy to support the customer’s strategic initiatives.
    • Consults on workflow solutions to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
    • Uncovers opportunities to expand our client’s solutions.
    • Partners with Territory Managers to meet territory sales objectives.
    • Develops and maintains an on-going partnership with our client’s customers to meet or exceed their expectations with a primary focus in large hospitals or health systems.
    • Ability to prioritize and plan independently, as well as with sales and clinical specialist team members to meet the goals of the company and attain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Provides advanced troubleshooting and product support.
    • Overnight Travel is required (50% or more).
    • Serves in a Project Management role, lead Clinical Specialist role, or Clinical Specialist Resource role for on-site implementations, evaluations and additional projects.
    • Performs special projects as requested.

     

    What's Needed to Win:

    • 5+ years experience with at least 2+ years in a critical care role
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse, required
    • Hemodynamic experience is strongly preferred
    • Strong presentation experience in front of large groups (100+)
    • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
    • Meets current state and/or professional license requirements
  • Compensation
    $85,000-$100,000 per year
