    Job Summary Langley Brothers Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled and dependable plumber who can be trusted to run jobs independently from start to finish. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in their work, can lead crews when needed, and communicates effectively with general contractors and team members. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in commercial environments.

    Responsibilities

    Manage and run commercial plumbing projects with minimal supervision

    Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and drawings accurately

    Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment

    Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools

    Plan the layout of plumbing, using drawings

    Perform maintenance of water supply systems

    Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems

    Professionally Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers

    Lead and direct crew members on job sites

    Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards

    Maintain job site safety and organization

    Track materials, labor, and job progress

    Qualifications

    Valid Plumbing License (Not required but strongly recommended)

    Minimum 3 year of professional experience

    Proven ability to run jobs independently

    Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment

    Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices

    Ability to read and understand construction documents

    Leadership skills and the ability to manage a crew

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
