About the Role:

Join us as an Experienced Commercial Pool Maintenance Technician! We are seeking passionate individuals to ensure our clients' pools are pristine, safe, and inviting. Be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in pool care.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools and spas.

Monitor water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain safe levels.

Inspect pool equipment and report any repairs or replacements required.

Ensure compliance with local and state health regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns.

Document maintenance activities and service records accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist in training new team members on pool maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of commercial pool maintenance experience.

Valid Florida Pool/Spa Service Contractor License preferred.

Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance best practices.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be detail-oriented and organized.

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
