We are seeking a skilled Compounding Pharmacy Technician to support all aspects of our pharmacy operations. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards in compounding.

Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform non-sterile compounding (and sterile, if applicable) under pharmacist supervision

Accurately prepare and document customized formulations

Assist with formula preparation and compounding workflow

Maintain compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards

Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment

Support inventory management and organization of chemicals and supplies

Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Active Pharmacy Technician license

Compounding experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict compliance standards

Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to take initiative
