The Construction Project Manager will be overseeing all aspects of their construction project, from initial measuring, planning and budgeting to project execution and completion. Below are the duties but not limited to:
Planning and Ordering: Developing project plan, takeoff, timelines, and ordering material.
Material Management: Planning and coordinating material deliveries, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time.
Crew and Subcontractor Management: Managing construction crews and subcontractors, and ensuring they work safely and efficiently.
Quality Control: Inspecting work in progress to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
Client Communication: Communicating project status, changes, potential issues to clients, and collecting payments.
Project Execution: Overseeing the installation of all parts of the remodel, ensuring they are completed correctly, efficiently, and closing out permits.
Project Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all aspects of the project, including materials, labor, and costs.
Qualifications
English-speaking supervision required on-site (Bi-Lingual a plus)
Construction experience required (Minimum 3 years)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be able to carry material
Comfortable using smartphone apps
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Professional and respectful demeanor
You will be expected to drive from job site to job site throughout the bay area and will maintain a Florida driver's license
Gas card to be provided
Compensation
Candidate will start at $52,500 and after 90 days be moved to $55,000
For Every 5 start review received from your client; Project Manager will receive $50.00
