    Premier Outdoor Installations is a local, growing company based in Santa Fe, TX. We install commercial playgrounds, shade structures, and outdoor recreational equipment for schools, parks, municipalities, churches, and communities across the region. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on construction experience — concrete work, site layout, elevations, and reading plans. This is not an entry-level role. Responsibilities: • Concrete work — forming, pouring, and finishing per project specs • Site layout using grade stakes, measuring tools, levels, and laser levels • Reading and working from elevation plans, site drawings, and blueprints • Site prep, including excavation, grading, and drainage • Operating hand tools, power tools, drills, saws, and compactors safely • Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout every project • Working alongside project managers and crew to meet quality and schedule targets • Following all OSHA and site safety requirements Qualifications: • Solid hands-on experience in concrete work — forming, pouring, and/or finishing • Ability to do site layout and work with elevations and grade stakes • Comfortable reading blueprints, site plans, and specs • Experience with construction hand tools and power tools • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Physically able to handle outdoor construction work in all weather • Dependable, on time, and easy to work with Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
