Responsibilities: • Execute full installation scopes with minimal oversight—from layout to final build • Stage materials, tools, and equipment so the crew is always set up to move efficiently • Read plans and owner’s manuals and translate them into accurate field execution • Assemble and install structures, hardware, and components correctly the first time • Operate machinery confidently (digging, back-filling, moving materials, etc.) • Set layout, elevation, and level with precision under the direction of the supervisor • Keep the job site organized, safe, and moving forward at all times • Catch mistakes early and solve problems before they become delays • Act as the second-in-command on-site, help drive the job, not wait on it • Step into leadership when needed and keep the crew productive • Own your scope of work and make sure it gets finished—completely and correctly • Know what needs to happen next and start it without being told • Keep pace high and downtime low • Communicate clearly, directly, and early when something’s off • Support the Supervisor by making their job easier, not heavier Qualifications: • 3+ years of construction or installation experience • Strong working knowledge of tools, equipment, and jobsite flow • Ability to read plans, layouts, and manuals and execute accordingly • Experience operating machinery (or ability to become proficient quickly) • Physically capable of demanding manual labor in outdoor conditions • Reliable transportation and consistent work ethic Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
