Training & development

We are seeking a part time experienced Counter Person to join the team at Village Coffee and Goods. Barista experience a plus but not essential as you will receive barista training.

We are a small yet mighty team of passionate baristas and cooks serving Kingston incredible quality coffee, food and baked goods.

if you bring exceptional customer service standards, are a team player, able to multitask, are self motivated and have weekend availability, then we would love to hear from you.

Starting rate is $16p/hr + tips (tips add around $9-$14 p/hr).
