We are seeking a highly experienced, professional Craftsman with strong plumbing skills to join our team.
A plumbing license is NOT required for this position. However, we are specifically looking for someone who has significant hands-on plumbing experience and is confident diagnosing and completing common residential plumbing repairs.
This is not an entry-level handyman role. Our technicians are trusted professionals who work independently in customers' homes, solve problems across multiple trades, and deliver high-quality repairs with an exceptional customer experience.
If plumbing is one of your strongest trades, you take pride in doing the job right the first time, and you're comfortable handling a variety of residential repairs, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and complete residential plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, disposals, supply lines, shut-off valves, leaks, fixture replacements, and other common plumbing service work
Troubleshoot plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions
Perform additional residential repairs across carpentry, drywall, minor electrical, and general home maintenance
Complete jobs independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, solutions, and recommendations
Complete installations including plumbing fixtures, doors, trim, cabinetry, hardware, and other household components
Identify additional repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions to customers
Maintain accurate job notes, materials tracking, and documentation
Ensure work meets company standards and applicable local requirements
Collaborate with office staff to ensure clear communication, accurate scheduling, and seamless project execution
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on plumbing repair and troubleshooting experience
Plumbing license is NOT required
7–10+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial trades preferred
Confidence completing common residential plumbing repairs independently

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working in occupied homes and customer-facing service environments
Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills
Ability to work independently without daily direction or supervision
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
Have limited hands-on plumbing experience
Need daily direction or supervision to diagnose and complete repairs
Have primarily worked in new construction and have little experience troubleshooting existing homes
Are looking for an entry-level position or apprenticeship
