Responsibilities: • Handle felony and misdemeanor trials in State and Federal Courts • Draft and argue motions • Conduct jury selection, witness examination, and closing arguments • Develop and execute strategic case plans • Guide clients with clarity and confidence throughout the litigation process Qualifications: • JD and licensed to practice in Ohio • 5+ years of criminal litigation experience • Proven trial experience • Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish) Compensation: $190,000
