Pay: $25–$35 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Compensation is based on experience and technical expertise. Candidates with advanced knowledge of motorized shading systems, Lutron controls, low-voltage wiring, and smart-home integration may qualify for compensation at the upper end of the pay range and accelerated advancement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience installing custom draperies, blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatment products

Experience programming and troubleshooting motorized and automated shade systems

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders
