    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. This is a hands-on role supporting customers through email tickets, live chat, and phone calls. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Respond to customer inquiries via eCommerce ticketing system (Zendesk)

    Assist customers through live chat in real time

    Answer inbound phone calls and provide professional support

    Provide tracking numbers and shipment updates

    Send invoices and order confirmations

    Take customer orders over the phone

    Check product availability and inventory status

    Resolve shipping issues such as lost, delayed, or damaged packages

    Communicate with internal departments (warehouse, purchasing, etc.) to resolve customer concerns

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

    Qualifications

    Previous customer service experience preferred (eCommerce experience a plus)

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Comfortable handling phone conversations in a professional manner

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Strong attention to detail

    Basic computer proficiency (email, order systems, web-based platforms)

    Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
