    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    Process purchase orders (POs) and create comprehensive sales order work packs, including Work Orders, Packing Slips, certificates/ other documents (if applicable), and Routers (if applicable). This includes releasing Bills of Materials (BOM) on our ERP system and monitoring inventory levels to address discrepancies promptly.

    Provide timely order acknowledgments and confirmations to customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the order process.

    Cross-reference part numbers and generate quotes for customers, collaborating closely with account managers, engineering, and technical support to ensure accuracy in pricing and product specifications.

    Provide new customers with necessary paperwork and enter their information into our ERP system, including filing and uploading documents as required.

    Collect credit card information for customers that will be paying their orders via credit card and secure processing.

    Answer incoming phone calls with a positive and professional demeanor, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

    Provide tracking information and invoices to customers upon request and keep them informed of any order delays.

    Manage Return Goods Authorizations (RGA) and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), including creating RGAs and communicating with customers.

    Scan and upload sales orders/ work packs into our cloud storage system for record-keeping.

    Oversee your personal email and assist in managing the orders and sales email accounts.

    Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma

    1-2 years with Customer Service experience.

    Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and customer requests accurately.

    Proficient in basic math calculations for quoting purposes and confirming pricing.

    Must be able to maintain professionalism while speaking with customers

    Must be able to work in a positive, dynamic work environment

    Must practice excellent communication skills

    Ideal Attributes

    Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
