Job Duties :

Update customer information

Answer phones

Data entry

Call customers to inform them of updates to equipment

Call customers to collect past due balances ( collection experience required )

Must :

Must have great phone etiquette

Must be comfortable on the phone and collecting payments

Must have great typing skills

Must have excellent customer service skills

Must pass a drug screen

Must have your own transportation

Must be reliable

Must have collection experience

8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
