Hiring Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📍 Philadelphia, PA 19126 (73rd Ave Area) 🕓 Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM 💲 Competitive Pay | Part-Time Position

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Philadelphia area.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with IDD

Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed

Support community participation and social engagement

Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment

Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

Communicate effectively with team members and family/support staff

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) required

Valid Driver’s License required

Reliable transportation preferred

Ability to pass background checks and clearances

Strong communication and caregiving skills

Dependable, patient, and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or behavioral health experience

Experience with community-based support services
