Responsibilities: • Manage patient appointments and scheduling to ensure smooth operation of the dental office • Oversee patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance coverage and processing payments accurately • Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care • Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints or issues to provide excellent customer service and patient satisfaction Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in dental office administration • Proficiency in managing patient appointments and schedules • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Competencies: US Work Authorization Compensation: $29 - $34 hourly
