We are searching for career minded individuals with prior Dispatching experience. We have part-time and full-time opportunities available. This position requires a Saturday shift and one Sunday shift a month. This position is for the afternoon shift which is typically 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Skills

Job Duties

· Answer a high volume of calls in a courteous and professional manner

· Determine customer’s needs and provide adequate responses to questions

· Accurately enter customer data into Service Titan program

· Determine which technician to assign to customers based on set criteria

· Dispatch technicians to jobs

· Accurately check in technician paperwork and follow up on missing or incorrect items

· Perform customer satisfaction call backs
