Requirements • Active New Jersey bar license • Must reside in New Jersey • 8+ years practicing family law Responsibilities: • Lead client consultations with empathy and expertise, ensuring each individual feels heard and understood. • Develop strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, focusing on achieving favorable outcomes. • Collaborate with our team of legal professionals to share insights and enhance collective knowledge. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence. • Stay updated on the latest family law regulations and trends to provide informed advice and solutions. • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision and attention to detail. • Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the firm. Qualifications: • Active New Jersey bar license, ensuring you're ready to represent clients with authority and expertise. • Minimum of eight years practicing family law, demonstrating your deep understanding and experience in the field. • Proven track record of leading client consultations with empathy, making clients feel valued and understood. • Ability to develop strategic legal plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on achieving favorable outcomes. • Experience in representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with our team of legal professionals, sharing insights and enhancing collective knowledge. Compensation: $100 - $200 per hour
