At Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique, we’re looking for an experienced, dependable Dog Bather to join our fast-paced salon team! If you love working with dogs of all breeds and sizes and take pride in delivering quality work — while always putting safety first — we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

6 months – 1 year of dog bathing experience (salon experience preferred)

Confident in:

Nail trimming

Hand drying

Bathing techniques for all hair types

Full brush-outs

Light / simple de-matting

Strong commitment to pet safety and proper handling techniques

Ability to recognize signs of stress and prioritize a safe environment

Comfortable working with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to work in a humid salon environment

Tech-savvy and comfortable using new software

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting

Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
