About the Role:

Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for experienced Drive Thru and Kitchen Team Members to join our fast-paced, fun crew! Responsibilities:

Operate the drive thru window efficiently, taking and processing customer orders with speed and accuracy

Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders according to Sonic's quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and drive thru workspace

Handle cash and electronic payments accurately at the drive thru

Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth order flow during peak hours

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines

Restock ingredients and supplies to keep the kitchen running without interruption

Requirements:

Prior experience in a fast food, quick service, or drive thru environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting under time pressure

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Food handling or food safety certification is a plus

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
