Position Overview As an electrical gate and opener technician at ProLift, you will travel to the customer’s home to diagnose their electrical gate and opener issues. You will then build and present a quote to repair their electrical gate and opener during that appointment or share a quote to replace their electrical gate and opener as needed.

Responsibilities

Repair various types of electrical gates and openers

Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance

The Repair Technician will also troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment

Manage the truck, its inventory as well as their schedule and client communications

Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects

Qualifications

1+ years of experience repairing or installing residential and commercial electrical gates and motors is required

Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools

Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
