Experienced Electronic Visit Verification Specialist needed ASAP!
Growing home care company seeking a part time EVV specialist. This opportunity will offer a hybrid schedule. A weekly schedule with an hourly increase for weekend work. Monthly bonus for completion of accurate pre billing. Option open for weekly or biweekly pay. EVV specialist should be a savvy scheduler. HHA exchange current experience is a MUST! The EVV specialist will report and work with the Philadelphia Regional Manager. It is imperative that the EVV specialist be comfortable communicating with caregivers, working in alignment with a corporate office and reporting to upper management. The EVV specialist should be a quick learner, a creative thinker and strong problem solver. Only experienced applicants will be considered. Specific job duties are outlined below.
Managing EVV systems: This includes reviewing pending approvals, ensuring care plans are accurate and aligned with the plan, and addressing calendar setup issues with office staff.
Ensuring compliance: Reviewing over-authorizations and discrepancies with schedules to prevent overpayments, and escalating issues to appropriate representatives.
Data verification: Running visit compliance reports as a final check of tasks and visits completed.
Ensuring payroll data is compliant with state, federal, and local regulations.
Supporting providers: Training and consulting with customers on using the EVV system, and providing technical support and troubleshooting. Onboarding caregivers in a timely manner.
Communicating with stakeholders: Providing public relations, interpersonal skills, and a professional telephone manner.
