Responsibilities: • Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions, including H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, I-140, PERM, and NIW (with occasional naturalization and family-based cases) • Proactively manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision • Track and manage case deadlines, expiration dates, and status updates • Draft supporting documentation and correspondence to government agencies • Communicate directly with clients to gather required information and documentation • Ensure accuracy and completeness of filings while meeting strict deadlines • Collaborate with attorneys and fellow paralegals to deliver exceptional client service • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration law • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general case management systems • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and strong ethical standards • Reliable transportation required Compensation: $55,000 to commensurate with experience
