You are able to work independently and understand the importance of skin care education and client experience. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

Required Skills of a Sugarist

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license for 3+ years

Customer service focused, can provide individualized care for clients

Reliable transportation & strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential

Responsibilities

Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique

Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures

Educate clients on memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.

Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment

Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs
