    Experienced Executive Assistant In-office Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two C-level executives in a fast-paced financial services firm. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at managing their schedules, travel, and both professional/personal calendars. MUST have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting at least 2 C-level executives at one time. This is an in-office role offering a salary, $75,000-$100,000, depending on the level of experience, plus a bonus. This role requires an exceptional level of professionalism, judgment, a high degree of confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and prioritize complex calendars for two executives • Coordinate travel, itineraries, and expenses • Oversee personal appointments, reservations, and household/vendor coordination • Streamline workflows and build processes to improve executive and team efficiency • Prepare meeting materials, manage follow-ups, and handle confidential communication • Serve as a primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders **** Qualifications: • MINIMUM 5 years supporting senior or C-level executives • Financial services industry experience • Must have reliable transportation • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism • Authorized to work in the United States • No need for a Visa sponsorship • Must be a local candidate • Proficiency with Excel & Canva Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE plus bonus
