1+ year of professional lash experience (extensions, fills, lifts, and tints)

Passionate about delivering a luxury guest experience

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Growth-minded with a desire to continuously improve your craft

Available for peak demand shifts (evenings + weekends)

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality lash and brow services (extensions, lifts, tints, refills)

Create a personalized, relaxing experience for every guest

Educate guests on aftercare and retail products

Build and maintain a loyal clientele through rebooking

Promote memberships and retail to maximize results and income

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Stay current with industry trends and techniques

Requirements

Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician License

Proven experience with eyelash extensions

Strong consultation and communication skills

Detail-oriented with a strong artistic eye

Consistent attendance and professionalism
