Beerman Law is seeking an Experienced Family Law Paralegal with a proven background in discovery, financial analysis, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of paralegal experience, including at least one (1) year focused specifically in Family Law. Responsibilities: • Draft and respond to all discovery requests, i.e. Request for Production of Documents, Matrimonial Interrogatories and Witness Disclosures. • Prepare and file basic pleadings (Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Petition for Temporary Support, Motion to Compel). • Analyze asset/liability documents (bank accounts, brokerage/retirement accounts, tax returns, credit card statements) to compile income summaries and balance sheets. • Utilize Family Law software to prepare financial affidavits and tax calculations. • Draft detailed SCR 201(k) letters based on production index review. • Prepare exhibits, exhibit lists, and trial binders. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, with at least 1 year in Family Law required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client interaction. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency. Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
