Responsibilities: • Support attorneys with all aspects of family law cases • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence • Maintain case files and manage deadlines • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates • Coordinate with court staff and opposing counsel • Help clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the legal process • Maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information is crucial in this role Qualifications: • Must have a strong understanding of family law procedures, legal terminology, and court rules specific to Oklahoma • Should possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude, showcasing the ability to work both independently and within a team • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are required to effectively manage multiple cases • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for clear and concise client communication • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is essential, along with being technically savvy • Experience with Clio Manage is considered a plus • 2 years of experience is considered a plus Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly + benefits package
