Organize exhibits, evidence, discovery, and trial notebooks

Conduct legal and factual research as requested by attorneys

Prepare case summaries, timelines, and other materials to assist attorneys with case strategy

Assist with e-filing and other court-related filings

Communicate with opposing counsel, court staff, experts, and other professionals as directed

Track outstanding tasks and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met

Provide general administrative and litigation support to the legal team

Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive client information

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

Professional and confident communication with clients and legal professionals

    Strong computer and technology skills

A strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities

A willingness to ask questions, learn, and continually improve
