A Day in the Life of a Fascia Board Installer:

Start your day with a team check-in to review project details and daily goals.

Load and secure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the day's jobs.

Travel to various residential and commercial job sites throughout the Tulsa metro area.

Perform precise measurements and cuts for fascia board installation.

Install fascia board safely and efficiently, ensuring proper alignment, secure fastening, and a clean finish.

Address any unforeseen challenges on-site with a problem-solving mindset.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting the customer's property.

Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout the day.

During periods of lower fascia demand, you will also have the opportunity to support our gutter installation and cleaning teams, gaining diverse experience and keeping your schedule full.

Return to the shop at day's end, preparing for the next day's projects.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically installing fascia board or related exterior carpentry components.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons.

A desire to be punctual and reliable.

Familiarity with various types of fascia materials (e.g., wood, PVC, aluminum).

A willingness to assist with gutter installation and cleaning as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience in fascia board installation.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to safely lift and carry materials, and comfortably work on ladders and at heights.

Compensation:

Pay is from $20-$30 depending on experience.
