About the Role:

OSO Communications Inc is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM! This is an exciting opportunity to lead field operations, mentor a skilled crew, and play a key role in delivering top-quality communications services. Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities

Supervise, train, and mentor field technicians to ensure quality workmanship

Conduct site inspections and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies on all job sites

Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and management

Troubleshoot field issues and provide hands-on support as needed

Maintain accurate records of work orders, crew performance, and project progress

Requirements:

Proven experience in a field supervisor or crew lead role, preferably in communications or a related industry

Strong knowledge of telecommunications, cabling, or related field operations

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, or work orders

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong understanding of job site safety regulations and best practices

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
