Responsibilities: • Build a firm within a firm—delivering holistic protection and wealth management solutions. • Expand your professional network and cultivate strong referral partnerships. • Develop meaningful, long-term client relationships built on trust and value. • Uncover client needs through thoughtful, in-depth conversations and deliver customized financial strategies. • Continuously enhance your expertise through ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities. Qualifications: • Authorized to work in the United States. • No need for Visa sponsorship. • Must be a local candidate. • Licensure prior to onboarding: Life & Health, SIE, and 66. • Prior sales experience and/or bachelor's degree. Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000
