Qualifications: • Active Life Producer License in your state of residence (Virginia) • Proven experience selling life insurance products and generating leads • Strong communication and phone skills • Business-driven mindset with the desire to grow a personal practice • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds • Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve • Self-motivated professionals with a strong work ethic • Individuals passionate about helping others and making a positive impact • Confident, resilient, and relationship-focused advisors • Ethical, trustworthy, and committed to doing what’s right for clients • Professionals who want to grow their own success while contributing to their community Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000
