Conduct financial reviews to identify protection, retirement, and wealth-building opportunities. Educate clients on strategies designed to protect their income, loved ones, and future goals. Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships. Expand your practice through referrals, networking, community engagement, and professional relationships. Deliver exceptional ongoing client service and support. Collaborate with leadership to implement growth strategies and best practices. Mentor and support developing financial professionals. Participate in leadership development and team-building initiatives. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have: Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, wealth management, or a related field. Active insurance license(s) preferred. A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience developing business through referrals, networking, or community relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills. A commitment to serving families with integrity and professionalism. A desire to grow beyond personal production into leadership and mentorship. Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 yearly
