Responsibilities: • Guide clients in understanding their financial goals and developing personalized strategies to achieve them. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with tailored solutions. • Collaborate with our dedicated product and development support teams to stay informed on the latest financial products and services. • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify opportunities for growth and protection for clients. • Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance, annuities, and investment products, empowering them to make informed decisions. • Leverage New York Life's extensive resources and training to specialize in areas such as Retirement Planning and Business Planning. • Drive your practice's growth by actively seeking new clients and expanding your professional network within the community and beyond. Qualifications: Must have one of the following: • Executive or management experience • Business-minded background or experience • MBA or equivalent master's degree • Previous insurance industry experience • Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful • Experience working in sales is required • Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional • Hold a variety of FINRA licenses • Previously owned a business • Multilingual Compensation: $117,359 average yearly minumum
