You have the ability to control your income through our commission-based compensation structure. In 2023, agents operating under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contract who met the annual minimum sales production requirements earned an average income of $117,359. That same year, the average income among the top 50 agents in this group was $1.68 million. Eligible full-time agents also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension plan.
