We are looking for a professional that is currently/recently employed as a fine dining server with minimum two years experience. Preferred candidate is focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience, personalized service, hardworking, and works well in a fast paced environment.

Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends

Reports to work on time, in assigned neat and clean uniform, well-groomed hair and personal hygiene is essential

Maintains a positive attitude while demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, and communication

Completes opening and closing side work

Prepares dining room for service

Assist guest with making selections from food and beverage menus, suggest courses and pairings, explains specials, and answers all food preparation questions

Handles guest special dietary needs, allergies, or special request

Communicates with kitchen to manage timing of courses, guest feed back, etc.

Learns and maintains expert knowledge of all food and beverage menus

Must be able to constantly walk, stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
