About the Role:
Pro Flame LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Fireplace Installer to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship and expertise will bring warmth and comfort to homes and businesses throughout the region. Responsibilities:
Install gas, wood-burning, and electric fireplace units in residential settings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer installation guides
Perform venting, framing, and finishing work associated with fireplace installations
Ensure all installations meet local building codes and safety standards
Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed installations
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in a timely and professional manner
Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and team members on job sites
Requirements:
Proven experience in fireplace installation, HVAC, or a related trade
Knowledge of gas line connections, venting systems, and fireplace components
Familiarity with Oregon building codes and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
Minimum 5 years of HVAC/fireplace installation experience
Able to safely use ladders, power tools, and construction equipment
Must follow company and OSHA safety procedures

Pay: Starting Wage: $30–$40 per hour Starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skill level.

The ideal candidate is comfortable taking responsibility for installations, solving problems in the field, and completing jobs correctly and efficiently.
5+ years of relevant field experience is required.
