• What You'll Do
• - Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems with speed and precision
• - Operate hand and power tools used in flat roofing work safely and efficiently
• - Handle material transport and heavy lifting as part of a coordinated crew
• - Follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe on every job
• - Bring your expertise to the crew and help mentor newer team members

What You Need

Required:

• - Prior experience in flat/commercial roofing or a closely related trade
• - Working knowledge of roofing hand and power tools and safe practices
• - A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• - Willingness to work outdoors, at heights, and in changing weather

Desired:

• - Experience with EPDM, TPO, or built-up roofing systems
• - 2+ years of flat/commercial roofing experience
