We are looking for experienced floor technicians for an upcoming commercial strip & wax project in Lincoln.

This is not an entry-level cleaning job. Applicants must have real experience performing commercial floor stripping and refinishing and be able to complete the full process with minimal supervision.

This position is ideal for:

Experienced floor techs

Janitorial professionals with strip & wax experience

Small crews looking for project work

Subcontractors who specialize in floor care

This project will take place overnight, and technicians must be comfortable working efficiently during late-night hours.

Schedule:

Overnight project work Approximate shift: 10:30 PM – 4:00–5:00 AM

Additional project work may be available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

Technicians must be experienced in the full strip & wax process, including:

Stripping old floor finish

Neutralizing floors properly after stripping

Applying multiple coats of floor finish

Operating floor machines and stripping equipment

Maintaining quality and consistency across the floor

Working efficiently within overnight project timelines

Requirements:

Previous commercial strip & wax experience REQUIRED

Must understand the complete refinishing process

Ability to work overnight shifts

Reliable and able to work with limited supervision

Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus and may lead to additional work opportunities.

Pay:

$22 – $30 per hour depending on experience

Subcontractor or crew pricing can be discussed for project-based work.

Equipment:

Company equipment will be provided for employee positions.

Subcontractor crews may use their own equipment or company equipment depending on the arrangement.
