We’re opening our flagship location at Tempe Marketplace and are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused front desk professional to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage provider and room schedules efficiently.
Handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
Present membership options and assist clients in selecting the right plan.
Support marketing promotions, referral programs, and social media engagement.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of customer service, sales, or front desk experience (medical or spa experience a plus).
Outgoing, professional communicator with strong organizational skills.
Sales-oriented mindset and experience with membership programs.
Tech-savvy with scheduling/POS software; comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.
