In this dynamic, commission-only role, you will leverage virtual channels to connect with clients, build lasting relationships, and close sales for life and health insurance products.

About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will manage every stage of the sales process. From initiating contact and understanding client needs to presenting tailored solutions and finalizing sales, you will guide the customer relationship from start to finish.

This position is ideal for self-starters who excel in a virtual environment and are motivated by performance-based earning potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach via phone and video to prospective clients.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients through virtual communication.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Clearly communicate product benefits and policy details across phone, video, and written channels.
• Use CRM systems to track leads, manage opportunities, and document interactions.
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry information.
• Work toward and achieve individual sales goals through effective sales strategies.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Experienced professionals can expect to earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually , based on individual performance and successful sales.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous sales experience required.
• Valid Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mobile device with cellular data.
• Reliable home internet access.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust through virtual communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills.
• Self-discipline and a proactive approach to managing your workload and achieving goals.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote position , allowing you to work from your home office while connecting with clients through phone and video.
