Drevo Inc. specializes in commercial finish carpentry, exterior siding, and cladding installations throughout Florida. We’re a fast-paced, growing construction company looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Position Summary: This role is responsible for a variety of office and administrative tasks to support daily business operations. The right individual will also have the opportunity to be trained in job estimation and proposal writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Assist with job tracking, scheduling, and data entry.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
Order office supplies and maintain office organization.
Perform other general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable learning new software and systems.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Construction industry experience a plus but not required.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00 AP to 3:30 PM
