Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Engage daily with qualified business owners via inbound applications and partner referrals. • Manage the full sales cycle — from calling on a package to approval to funding and closing deals. • Present tailored financing solutions from our network of 75+ direct lending partners. • Advise clients on merchant cash advance and working capital options. • Work closely with underwriting and funding teams to streamline approvals. • Maintain a structured sales pipeline using our proprietary CRM. • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and performance goals. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) SPECIFICALLY. • Proven closing ability and a consultative sales approach. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable using CRMs and digital sales platforms. • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Compensation: $100,000 - $350,000 yearly
