Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues to ensure optimal performance.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of generator models.

Install and configure new generator systems for residential and commercial clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and support during service calls.

Document repair processes and maintain accurate service records.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to generators.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all repairs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in generator repair and maintenance.

Generac/cummins/Briggs certification preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in electrical work.
