About the Role:

Join Bears Valley Glass as a Glass Installer, where you will be a key player in delivering high-quality glass solutions to our valued customers. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in their craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Install a variety of glass products, including windows, mirrors, and shower doors.

Measure and cut glass to specifications accurately and efficiently.

Ensure all installations meet safety standards and building codes.

Provide excellent customer service during installation and address any client concerns.

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Accurately measure and order shower enclosures, windows, and glass projects for ordering.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum 5 years proven glazing experience.

Proven experience as a glass installer or in a related field.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with safety practices and tools used in glass installation.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
