Title: Gutter and Sheet Metal Installer

$25–$30/hr based on experience. Help lead one of our two installation crews.

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Los Angeles is a locally owned gutter company based in Hollywood and Van Nuys. We opened in August 2025, we're booked out, and we're adding a second installation crew. Our rule on every job: treat it like you're working on your grandma's house.

What you'll do

Measure, run and hang seamless K-style gutters and downspouts (half-round and box gutter experience is a plus)

Install BroGuard gutter guards and handle gutter repairs

Run and maintain the seamless gutter machine

Train and guide the apprentices on your crew

Walk homeowners through the finished job

Pay and how you grow

$25–$30/hr depending on experience

Lead installers can move to production pay: a base plus a share of their crew's weekly completed revenue

Clear path to Head Installer and Field Supervisor on our Skills Ladder

Schedule

Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

The crew meets each morning at our Van Nuys shop and drives to jobs together in the company truck

We are looking to expand to weekend coverage, so if weekends work better for you, let us know!

What we're looking for

1+ year installing gutters, roofing, sheet metal, siding or other exterior work

Gutter machine experience is a big plus

You show up on time, every day

Comfortable on ladders and roofs, one to three stories up

Friendly and clear with homeowners

Valid driver's license, 18 or older
