What You’ll Do

Install seamless aluminum gutters, specialty systems, and gutter guards

Perform gutter repairs and replacements with precision

Install fascia, soffit, and related exterior components (preferred)

Maintain high safety standards on ladders and roofs

Communicate professionally with homeowners

Work efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality

Mentor and train junior installers as you grow

💰 Performance Pay Structure

Competitive base pay

Production-based incentives - with no cap

Opportunity to earn $75K–$100K+ annually

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of gutter installation or exterior construction experience ✅ Ability to run a truck and job independently ✅ Experience bending and installing seamless gutters ✅ Clean miters (strip miters preferred) and attention to detail ✅ Strong work ethic and reliability ✅ Valid driver’s license ✅ Able to pass a background check

Bonus if you:

Have experience with fascia/soffit

Have led a small crew

Want to grow into a crew lead or production manager role
