About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You’ll take the lead on residential and light commercial system installations, oversee assistants, and ensure projects are completed on time and up to code. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the installation of HVAC systems (ductwork, equipment, thermostats, etc.)
- Train and supervise install helpers and apprentices on-site
- Review job scopes, blueprints, and specifications before and during installation
- Ensure all installations are code-compliant and meet safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and office staff
- Perform quality checks and ensure cleanup of job sites
- Fill out completion reports and review warranty documents with clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, installation procedures, and best practices
- EPA Certification required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawl spaces
